Based on marketing mix theory, the main obstacle for our project will be the Place and People, We are selling a artisan coffee in a commercial price, hence the location is very important for us to hit the required volume but through social media (Promotion), we believe we can draw traffic to our kiosk due to cheaper price and current food delivery service can assist us to cover larger population. Second obstacles will be the People because F&B segment is a labour-intensive industry. Some more we are serving artisan coffee mean we need to train up a Professional Barista instead of a helper. It's required a lot of training cost and is time consuming. Fortunately, we have a academy background, we can select right candidate to be our team and also our copy-righted Big Three Matrix is effectively and efficiently trained up more than 1000 of baristas.

Within few years, he founded Big Three Academy and had trained up more than 1000 baristas and its Barista Pro course probably the best barista course in Malaysia and this achievement had been selected by Matrade (Malaysia) to exhibit at the Malaysia Export Exhibition Center (MEEC) in 2017; In 2015, Big Three Academy become the official and also the only Breville Barista Training Center in Malaysia. It is very rare to see a branded home appliance manufacturer tight up a coffee course with any coffee school in Malaysia and this co-operation had led to develop a largest home barista group in Malaysia's social media network by using Breville espresso machine and indirectly attract more people to become a home barista. Having been part of a family-owned business of wholesale trading, he cut his teeth in swiftlet farming and arowana farming; With strong interest in wine initially, he then moved to coffee business, overcoming many obstacles along the way, both professionally and personally. The academy itself has undergone several transformations; Most notably once being an aquarium and café combination. It seemed not to gain much traction with the public and thus the aquarium was closed and the swiftlet side of the business took a backseat. He took time to visit manufacturers of coffee and coffee roasteries across Asia, including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam in order to equip himself with the right skills and know-how in the business of coffee roastery; He then opened a café, completely away from the family business to make it on his own. Big Three Academy is now both a café and academy specializing in courses and training, with hope to educate young, passionate individuals and cultivate a drinking culture in Malaysia and in 2019 Big Three Academy had been certified by HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) as a registered training provider Becoming a family man meant that he has started to take his life seriously, wanting a stable income and pursue his passions so he feels fulfilled in his life; He then tried to find something he could dedicate his life. Passion for something, not to doubt oneself by inviting others opinions to affect your actions, and a strong conviction of 'just because you don't have success now, does not mean it could not happen in the future'; Once the passion is found, be disciplined, approach your work with a good attitude, focus, adequate research and be prepared to change your lifestyle; Recognize and constantly challenge yourself to be.
